Candle Care
1. How long should I burn my candle the first time?
For the best performance, burn your candle for 2–3 hours on the first use. This allows the wax to melt evenly to the edges and prevents tunneling.
2. How often should I trim the wick?
Trim your wick to ¼ inch before each burn. This helps the candle burn cleanly, prevents soot, and avoids the flame getting too large.
3. Why is my candle tunneling?
Tunneling usually happens when the candle isn’t burned long enough for the wax to melt to the edges. Allowing a full melt pool each burn prevents this.
4. Why is my flame flickering or smoking?
A long wick or drafts can cause flickering or smoke. Try trimming the wick and keeping the candle away from fans, vents, or open windows.
5. How long can I safely burn a candle?
We recommend burning your candle for no more than 4 hours at a time. Allow it to cool for at least 1 hour before relighting.
6. What do I do when my candle has about ½ inch of wax left?
Stop burning the candle. This is for safety and helps prevent the jar from overheating.

Yes! Every candle is hand-poured in small batches to ensure the highest quality and attention to detail.
8. What wax do you use?
We use soy wax for a clean, slow, eco-friendly burn.

Yes! We are proud to be a Latina-owned business, built on creativity, passion, and authenticity.
10. What does your logo represent?
Our logo features a one-eye symbol, representing the journey of overcoming retinoblastoma and the strength, vision, and intuition that came from it. The phases of the moon also shape our identity—symbolizing growth, transformation, and the cycles of light that guide our work.
Ordering, Shipping & Policies
11. How long does shipping take?
Orders typically ship within 2-4 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.
12. Do you offer returns or exchanges?
For safety reasons, we generally cannot accept returns of used candles. However, if your product arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at [email protected] and we’ll do our best to make it right.
13. Do you take custom orders?
Yes! Depending on availability, we offer custom scents, labels, or bulk orders for events such as weddings, parties, and corporate gifts with the exception of keeping our logo on the label in some fashion.
14. Do you ship internationally?
Yes— If yes, we are thrilled with the idea of having our products known worldwide and would be overjoyed shipping internationally.
Need-to-Knows
15. Why does my candle look frosty or have small imperfections?
This can happen with natural waxes and is totally normal. It does not affect performance or fragrance.
16. Are your jars reusable?
Yes! Once your candle is done, simply clean out the remaining wax and reuse the jar for décor, storage, or plants.
17. Why do some fragrances feel stronger or lighter?
Different scent notes naturally vary in intensity. We test every blend to ensure a balanced, enjoyable scent throw.
18. Do you offer gift wrapping or gift notes?
We do not currently offer gift wrapping but are happy to insert a gift note with any order!
